Like every couples dream we too had a dream of owning a home in mumbai.One fine day Me and my wife started working on a budget for our home. On basis of our calculation a 1bhk was easily affordable for us anywhere in mumbai.
Then began our home hunting. Almost every sunday we visited construction sites and projects in mumbai, this went on for 2 years almost all small and big projects in mumbai were visited by us right from matunga to mira road, chembur to airoli and kanjurmarg to thane but all the places visited did not inspire or excite us to buy a home. Ghatkopar and vikhroli, powai were out of our budget looking at their market value.Though we had heard of #bluemen roject we did not dare to inquire as we assumed that it wont fit in our budget.
Then one fine day we dared to visit this project #blumen in vikhroli.
The project fascinated us so much that we booked a 2bhk instead of a 1bhk.
The staff there made us feel like a family. A homely treatment was given to us and our over budget issue was taken care of with flexible plan.

From a very long time I was dreaming to own a house in Mumbai especially in Vikhroli as I was born and bought up in Vikhroli but due budget constraint I dropped the plan and purchased a flat in Navi Mumbai.
